Kootenai Health, Located in breathtaking Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is currently seeking a Pharmacy Clinical Supervisor. This position is a new position to the growing structure and developing a partnership between Kootenai Health and the Kootenai Care Network. Read further to learn how you can be a part of the vision.
Your excellent supervisory skills will be welcomed by a solid; small yet mighty staff, which currently consists of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician. In this position, you will develop and maintain the department's clinical program activities to assure quality clinical services. Coordinate with healthcare disciplines to identify and address drug therapy needs. You will supervise and manage the performance and development of assigned personnel. You will participate in overall department planning and budget management. Doctor of Pharmacy degree and 5 years experience, or a BS with Residency and 10 years, or BS and 15 years experience required.
Licensed and/or license eligible in the State of Idaho.
1-3 Years Supervisory Experience preferred.
Advanced Training in Information Systems, Business or Pharmacy required.
