The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is offering a challenging full time position as Clinical Pharmacist in Oncology and Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplantation.

CHOP is a member of COG and offers clinical services in General Oncology, Neuro-Oncology and Blood and Marrow Transplantation. The Oncology Division also provides several specialized outpatient clinics, including a Hereditary Cancer Predisposition Clinic, the Cancer Survivorship Program, and the Pediatric Advanced Care Team, a collaboration across several divisions which works with all of the primary oncology services to provide symptom relief and supportive care for patients receiving both curative and palliative therapy.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Oncology Clinical Pharmacist will provide administrative, organizational, clinical and educational services in a manner consistent with the philosophy, mission and goal of the Department and Hospital. The ideal candidate will possess the clinical and technical knowledge and experience necessary to provide services to pediatric patients and their families in this dynamic and patient-centered environment. The individual must have the ability to function independently, to supervise staff and develop and facilitate teamwork and confidence in the department.
