Minimum requirements for consideration of this position include a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE)-accredited program and a PGY1 general pharmacy practice residency. Candidates must be licensed as a pharmacist or eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of Tennessee.
