Great leadership opportunity in an established community health system pharmacy with growing clinical services and ambulatory endeavors
Coordinate the delivery of current and future pharmacy services system wide
Responsible for financial and budgetary management
Responsible for interacting with and meeting the needs of the medical staff
Responsible for Human Resource functions including staff evaluations, counseling, hiring, retention, and education
Responsible for regulatory and accreditation compliance
Responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy operates according to overall standards of pharmacy practice
Education and License Requirements
Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
Current GA license (or license eligible) in good standing
Five years of pharmacy management experience
Secondary degree (MHA or MBA) and/or PGY2 Leadership Residency preferred
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
