The Penn State Health Pharmacy team is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead the retail pharmacy practice sites including the Employee Prescription Drug Program and Rx2Go (Meds to Bed program).
Responsibilities include the following:
Oversight and coordination of daily operations including staff supervision and development, workflow, inventory control and information systems.
Oversight of Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities
Develop and manage operational and capital budgets
Oversight of Lead Pharmacists
Develop, review, and evaluate all policies and procedures
Penn State Hershey Medical Center Retail Pharmacies provide state-of-the-art, progressive, pharmaceutical care including a full range of clinical and pharmacy services for patients, employees and their dependents. Full service pharmacies exist in our University Physician Center, Cancer Institute, and East Campus. Our pharmacy professionals work closely with PSHMC physicians to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D plus 2 years retail and or specialty pharmacy management experience required.
Pennsylvania registration in Pharmacy or eligibility required.
