The Pharmacist Clinical Specialist is responsible for developing Pharmaceutical Care Services in the hospital and associated ambulatory services, providing services to high-risk hematology/oncology patients, and is a key member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, one year Post Graduate Residency Training preferred, and Board Certification within 18 months of hire.
- Two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Must be licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Missouri or possess a temporary pharmacist license issued by the State of Missouri.
