This pharmacy manager position will oversee the 24/7 operations of the sterile products and perioperative areas including personnel, patient care, and automation. This position will oversee approximately 37 full-time equivalents (FTEs) including 19 indirect and 8 direct reports. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, performance management of direct and indirect reports, education of students and residents, daily management of the perioperative and sterile products areas, meeting organization, leading innovative quality projects and initiatives related to sterile products and the perioperative areas, and collaboration with other health-care practitioners.
Completion of a PGY-2 in pharmacy administration or equivalent health-system pharmacy experience including a Master of Business Administration, Master of Health Administration, Master of Science in Health-System Pharmacy Administration, or Master in Public Health is preferred.
