Accelerates resident’s growth beyond first year residency competence in direct patient care and practice management and develops leadership skills that can be applied in Pediatric Oncology position or practice setting. Training in Pediatric Oncology, Stem Cell Transplant and Hematology. Provides the opportunity to acquire substantial knowledge required for skillful problem solving, refine problem solving strategies, strengthen professional values and attitudes, and advance the growth of good clinical judgment.
Required: Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency.
