Senior Director of Pharmacy Anne Arundel Medical Center Annapolis, Maryland
As a full time, exempt, Senior Director of Pharmacy with Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) at Anne Arundel Medical Center, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws at the main hospital campus, as well as provide oversight to the Pharmacy leaders at the other hospitals in the Anne Arundel Health System. This includes oversight of and the integration of two more facilities (one acute care and one rehabilitation), entailing new future construction. You will also recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. As a Senior Director of Pharmacy with CPS you will have a full support team available to you including a Regional Manager, Regional Clinical Director, Regulatory Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, Finance Director and more. This position is scheduled to work full time, day shift Monday-Friday,with on call In this role you will report to the Chief Pharmacy Officer.
