Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP) invites applications for the following faculty position, with an anticipated start date of July 2019. The successful applicant will serve as part of a multidisciplinary team with the opportunity to participate in the continued growth and development of the college of pharmacy and clinical practice site. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. A non-tenure track, calendar year pharmacy practice faculty position is available in Internal Medicine Pharmacy. Responsibilities include didactic and experiential teaching, practice site development, scholarship and participation in the service missions of the college. The preferred candidate will have a Pharm.D. with advanced residency training or the equivalent, the ability to develop an innovative pharmacy practice and conduct collaborative research, evidence of teaching experience and be eligible for Illinois state licensure.
Candidates must have a Pharm.D., PGY1, with 1-3 years of experience in infectious disease or antimicrobial stewardship, PGY2 equivalent or SIDP – Antimicrobial Stewardship Certificate
