This 24-month residency program is designed to support learning and growth in leadership and pharmacy administration and is combined with a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Houston. The resident will gain competency in areas such as operations management, project management, medication safety, technology and human resources and will also gain the clinical experiences needed for successful completion of the combined residency.

Located in the Texas Medical Center, TCH is the primary pediatric teaching facility for Baylor College of Medicine and is able to provide residents with basic management training while also providing a focused opportunity to explore the specialized needs of the pediatric environment.
