Pharmacists successfully completing Mayo Eugenio Litta Children’s Hospital PGY1 Pharmacy Residency will be proficient practitioners providing advanced pharmaceutical care services in a pediatric hospital setting. Required learning experiences during this PGY-1 residency include: general pediatrics, neonatal ICU, Pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric infectious diseases, pediatric ICU and pediatric pharmacy practice. A host of elective learning experiences are offered. A research project, quality improvement project and online staffing required.
