DIRECTOR OF PHARMACY - FULL TIME HAMPTON BEHAVIORAL HEALTHHOSPITAL WESTAMPTON, NJ
Hours: This is a full time, exempt position working at least 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday.
Pharmacy Hours: The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 7:30 am-9 pm; Saturday 7:30-2 pm & Sunday 8 am-Noon.
As a Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS) Director of Pharmacy at Hampton Behavioral Health you will oversee all pharmacy operations at including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. Director of Pharmacy is responsible for the continued growth, development, and implementation operational systems that support safe delivery of pharmaceutical care. You will have the support of two Full Time Technicians.
Facility: Located in South Jersey near large metropolitan areas, Hampton is the region's only private psychiatric facility and has been serving the needs of the community since 1986. Situated on a beautiful 23-acre campus, this 110-bed acute psychiatric facility serves adolescents, adults, and dual diagnosis patients and provides ECT services. Management of the pharmacy is outsourced to Comprehensive Pharmacy Services (CPS).
