Provide accurate, safe, efficient and cost effective pharmaceutical care, either directly or indirectly through the supervised efforts of support staff, to the patients of the St. Francis Health System.
This position will primarily be an internal medicine role, but will also be cross trained and float to other floors to provide coverage. Experience and interest is also considered when determining the best fit and placement for our Clinical Pharmacists.
In this role you will also be precepting and integral in the development of the residency program.
Qualified pharmacist candidates should have Pharm D and completion of a residency or Board Certification, licensed to practice Pharmacy in South Carolina, Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical practice experience or equivalency preferred.
