To develop skills as a trusted Medical partner within a wider biopharmaceutical company in both office and field based operations to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our oncology products and gather new insights by bringing about cutting edge scientific exchange with stakeholders.
Support Global and US Oncology Medical by providing product and drug information expertise on a wide range of initiatives including the development of scientific and clinical content for standard response letters and FAQs, staffing medical booths at scientific meetings and conferences, and consulting on cross-functional activities.
Collaborate with the field medical teams to engage with external stakeholders on medical and scientific information in Oncology in both one-on-one interactions and group settings, exhibiting excellent scientific and clinical knowledge.
Gather medical insights from external stakeholder interactions, contribute to the analysis of collected insights and provide actionable recommendations to the organization.
Develop strong literature searching skills and critically appraise published and unpublished clinical data regarding marketed and investigational products.
Support the overall operational function of a medical affairs department by participating in process improvement initiatives, tracking and reporting key operational metrics, and supporting the investigator-initiated studies.

After ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting
The three letters of recommendation must be submitted by the three provided contacts no later than December 16th
Top candidates will be invited for onsite interviews at the sponsoring company’s location. Final candidates will be required to go through additional screening / onboarding as required by MCPHS University.
The MCPHS Biopharmaceutical Industry fellows will be selected on a nationally competitive basis, with interviews at the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) Midyear meeting.
Applicants must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy at the commencement of the program.
Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong interest in pursuing a career within the biopharmaceutical industry.
All candidates must have authorization to work in the United States throughout the duration of the one or two-year fellowship. No visa sponsorship will be provided.
