Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care in a defined practice area. Focus will be on ensuring rational drug therapy, serving as a clinical role model for staff, providing education and training to healthcare professionals, participating in research in practice area, and supporting the drug distribution activities as required.
Pharm.D. or M.S. degree is required. Completion of an ASHP ï¿½ Accredited Residency Program is preferred
Five years of clinical experience or acceptable Board Certification or completion of an ASHP-accredited clinical residency program is preferred, and a demonstrated ability to achieve positive patient outcomes in a similar environment.
Licensure & Certifications:
Massachusetts license in pharmacy is required.
