Advocate Aurora Health, an integrated health care delivery system located in Illinois and Wisconsin, offers two ASHP accredited PGY1/2 programs in Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership. These programs combine a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency with a second year PGY2 HSPAL residency for a two-year program. The PGY2 year builds on the clinical foundation developed during the PGY1 year to develop pharmacists as future pharmacy leaders of integrated health systems. Programs are conducted at Aurora Health Care Metro-Inc in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois. Candidates interested in careers as clinical coordinators, supervisors, managers or directors in integrated health systems are encouraged to apply.
