CLINICAL PHARMACY MANAGER- FULL TIME MILWAUKEE COUNTY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DIVISION (Hospital) WAWATOSA, WI
As a full time, exempt, Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of all clinical programs for the hospital. As an integral part of the pharmacy leadership team you will be collaborating with operations, quality and safety. In this role you will coordinate all activities related to the P&T Committee and formulary management as well as provide clinical training to Pharmacy staff members. This position is scheduled to work primarily Monday - Friday, at least 40 hours per week, occasionally provides weekend coverage from 8am-4pm, and rotates every third holiday.
About the Facility: The Milwaukee County DHHS Behavioral Health Division (BHD) connects people of Milwaukee County with dependable, high-quality behavioral health services, no matter their severity of need or ability to pay. The pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 6:30am to 7pm and weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) from 8am-4pm.
Hospital requirements: TB or equivalent, or a titer, MMR history or titer, Varicella history or titer, Last influenza vaccine proof, Resume, Proof of Education and/or certification, Three part background check.: A.) Wis. Caregiver Background Check DHS, B.) Wis. Background Information Disclosure (DHS form F-82064A), C.) Criminal Background Check, Wis. Dept. Justice.
