CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System is a network of facilities, caring for the community of the Ark-La-Tex region. The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System builds on Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) education and outcomes. The primary purpose of the program is to contribute to the development of clinical pharmacists. These individuals are responsible for medication-related care of patients with a wide range of conditions, eligible for board certification, and eligible for postgraduate year two (PGY2) pharmacy residency training.

Special Requirements for Acceptance
Graduation from an ACPE Accredited college of pharmacy
Texas pharmacist licensure within 90 days of starting residency
