The Health-System Pharmacy Administration is a two-year residency program focused on developing leaders in health system pharmacies. Graduates of the program will be experts in the clinical, operational and business aspects of a health system pharmacy, with an opportunity to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. Applicants already having a Master Degree (MHA, MBA, or MPH) will not be required to complete the MBA. Residents also participate in providing 24-hour clinical pharmacy services through the in-house on-call program and provide longitudinal staffing.
