Community's Infusion Pharmacy Manager provides oversight for three outpatient infusion pharmacies in Fresno and Clovis, California, including at our new world-class, 100,000 square foot Community Cancer Institute.
The Infusion Pharmacy Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating the drug control process of providing pharmaceutical care for patients within our outpatient infusion setting. The incumbent will serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) for two of three outpatient infusion pharmacies within the Community Medical Centers network. This role is responsible for the purchasing, receipt, and inventory of pharmaceuticals, as well as controlled substance purchasing, receipt, inventory maintenance, and distribution. The Infusion Pharmacy Manager also directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the Manager oversees staffing and scheduling functions to achieve department objectives, cost effective staffing, and productivity targets. A successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of Medical Oncologists and possess knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Valid State of California Pharmacist license.
Five years of progressively responsible experience managing pharmacy and therapeutic services in a health care setting and previous supervisory experience.
Doctorate of Pharmacy degree (Pharm D).
Completion of an ASHP residency.
Certification from the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties
Familiarity with the 340B program.
Expertise in pharmaceutical purchasing and billing.
