In this position you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of medication safety, quality and performance improvement programs at the hospital level. You will serve as a resource to the staff and educate on medication management, quality, and safety; represents pharmacy in multidisciplinary committees; precept students and residents; and actively participate in BHSF Medication Safety and Quality Committee and corresponding system wide initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Florida Board of Pharmacy license (or eligible).
Residency training highly desirable.
Experience and/or formalize training in medication safety and quality/performance improvement highly desirable.
