Cleveland Clinic is comprised of a 1,400-bed academic medical center and 17 additional hospitals, including 5 in Southeast Florida. In total, there are nearly 6,000 inpatient beds and over 1,400 pharmacy employees, more than 300 physician practices, 20 ambulatory pharmacies, significant inpatient and outpatient clinical services and a pharmacy budget exceeding $1 billion.
This position is based out of the 24/7 pediatric satellite at Cleveland Clinic main campus and qualified individuals would have the opportunity to work in a centralized role caring for pediatric inpatients, in addition to attending pediatric codes, answering drug information questions, and triaging critical care needs. The staffing model for this position is working alternating 7 days on, 7 days off in 10-hr shifts.

PharmD or Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of a post-graduate residency or fellowship training required.
Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current State within 90 days of hire. Board Certification preferred.
Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or 2 years of relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience required.
Post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience preferred for Clinical Pharmacists hired in a Specialized Pharmacy practice area (i.e. Critical Care, Oncology).
