We are recruiting highly motivated pharmacists in the oncology therapeutic area. The Cleveland Clinic oncology pharmacy services provide a tremendous environment for high quality patient care with a complex patient population across the continuum of care. Daily responsibilities include participation in care for the outpatient and inpatient oncology population, chemotherapy order review, therapeutic drug monitoring, chemotherapy patient education, and medication reconciliation.
The Cleveland Clinic critical care services provide an exciting environment for high quality patient care with one of the highest acuity patient populations in the nation. The qualified candidate will collaborate with other caregivers to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy for critically ill patients. Daily responsibilities will include participation in multidisciplinary teaching rounds, therapeutic drug monitoring, minimization of safety issues and ensuring cost effective pharmacotherapy plans. Each position has an evening and weekend requirement.

Expand Oncology pharmacy services within the oncology clinic setting and inpatient setting
Refine continuum of care pharmacy services for patients within the Taussig Cancer Center

PharmD or Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of a post-graduate residency or fellowship training required.
Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current State within 90 days of hire. Board Certification preferred.
Completion of a post-graduate year 1 residency (PGY1), fellowship or 2 years of relevant post-graduate pharmacy experience required.
Post-graduate year 2 residency (PGY2) or relevant experience preferred for Clinical Pharmacists hired in a Specialized Pharmacy practice area (i.e. Critical Care, Oncology).
