Job responsibilities: • Work with Cleveland Clinic pharmacy informatics team to facilitate the implementation of an integrated smart pump platform with a bidirectional interface with our enterprise medical record (EMR) at the Cleveland Clinic • Performs testing of medication records in both the EMR and the smart pump database • Resolves issues encountered with smart pump-EMR interoperability
Education: • PharmD or Bachelors of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy and completion of a post-graduate residency or fellowship training required.
Work Experience: • Two years working in an acute care setting as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Informatics Specialist, or have completed a residency in Pharmacy Informatics.
Certifications: • Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation in current State within 90 days of hire.
