Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is recruiting a highly motivated manager to join our leadership team and assist with management of pharmacy services as an inpatient clinical generalist manager with responsibility for inpatient and outpatient oncology practices. A successful pharmacist in this role integrates with the pharmacy leadership team and collaborates with other pharmacy team members, providers, and nurses.
Responsibilities include managing pharmacy and human resource operations for all inpatient and outpatient infusion sites, implementation of federal regulatory requirements and state board of pharmacy requirements, development of policies and procedures, and participation in the development and implementation of the departmental strategic plan. Other activities include precepting residents and students, committee involvement, and implementing hospital leadership initiatives.
The position is currently open for hire with intention to fill in the coming months.
Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy, State Board of Pharmacy Licensure in the states of PA and NJ. Residency training preferred.
