The goal of the PGY2 medication-use safety pharmacy residency is to learn the fundamental skills required to become an organizational leader in the achievement of medication-use safety under direct supervision within the Pharmacy Division of a Medical Center that is nationally recognized for its advanced patient safety environment. Individuals completing the residency program will have the skills needed to lead medication-use safety programs within health systems, while maintaining both clinical and dispensing knowledge.
Applicants should have a Pharm.D. degree and ASHP accredited PGY1 certificate, along with Ohio pharmacy licensure.
