Nebraska Medicine Inpatient Department of Pharmaceutical Services and Nutrition Care is hiring for a fulltime Oncology/Hematology Clinical Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care focusing on the comprehensive management of the oncology patient. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, the pharmacist will lead provision of patient-oriented care services including maintenance of the pharmaceutical care plan, cost-effective therapeutic drug monitoring, drug utilization, formulary management and transitions of care in the inpatient, infusion and ambulatory areas of the Fred and Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. Responsibilities also include the provision of training and educational support for PGY2 Oncology Residents, PGY1 residents and student training programs.

Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program OR possess a Bachelor or Master of pharmacy degree with 10 years of experience required.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Nebraska or jurisdiction in which pharmacy practice is conducted required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Demonstrate a dedication to continual and constant quality improvement.
American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited postgraduate year one residency preferred.
Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties (BPS) certification as deemed appropriate and relevant to practice preferred.
