Explore our exciting newly created opportunity- Reporting to the Vice President of Pharmacy services, the System Director, as a member of the pharmacy leadership team, is responsible for leading and managing comprehensive clinical services in the acute and ambulatory care patient population served by the Baptist Health System. The System Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services will be responsible for providing high quality, cost effective, efficient services to a diverse group of stakeholders across a complex health system. Key responsibilities include but not limited to staff supervision, developing and implementing clinical programs and services in support of the health system mission and strategic plan; staff development, team building, practice site optimization, development of cost effective clinical initiatives, formulary management, compliance, patient safety, evidence based practice, leading and managing and expanding performance indicators, dashboards, educational and training programs for the staff, students and residents. The successful System Director will be a highly visible, customer focused system-wide leader who is trusted to ensure appropriate stewardship of resources and medication use related patient care outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have advanced training, completion of PGY1 program (PGY2 preferred), board certification and minimum 5 years of clinical service management experience.
