Southeast Hospital, Cape Girardeau a 250 bed general, full-service, acute care hospital is seeking a clinical pharmacist with experience in critical care to practice in our integrated, decentralized model. The critical care pharmacist plays a vital role as part of a collaborative medical team working closely with physicians and staff to take care of our most vulnerable patients. This position provides clinical pharmacy services, participates in multidisciplinary rounds, patient education, staff/Pharmacy resident education in addition to order verification for an assigned floor along with some evening/weekend staffing.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
Must hold (or be eligible for) a license to practice pharmacy in the state of Missouri
Three years of hospital experience or completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency required.
Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-2 residency in critical care preferred.
