St. Luke's University Health Network (SLUHN) is pleased to offer a position for an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in our outpatient Neurology/Multiple Sclerosis Center. St. Luke’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Center provides multidisciplinary and compassionate care to patients with MS and their families in order to improve their quality of life now, and to limit the progression of the disease process. The center offers a full-range of services for evaluation and treatment of MS and related symptoms. Patient and family education and support is an important part of the center. This dynamic practice environment allows the clinical pharmacist to develop new clinical initiatives and protocols to advance patient care.
The clinical pharmacy department at SLUHN is well established with a number of clinical pharmacy specialists and generalists throughout the network. Additionally the pharmacy departments host numerous IPPE and APPE experiences for a number of colleges of pharmacy. SLUHN has a PGY-1 residency program as well. Our clinical pharmacy specialists also have the opportunity it to educate numerous medical residents and medical students.

PharmD or Equivalent experience
Pennsylvania pharmacist license or license eligible
Strong consideration given to PGY-2 Ambulatory Care or Neurology Pharmacy Residency
PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Required
