The Clinical Pharmacist is a registered pharmacist who recommends and manages patient-specific medication therapies in accordance with Medical Staff-approved policies and procedures. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for identifying, resolving, and preventing drug-related problems, along with achieving desired patient outcomes through safe and effective drug therapy
Minimum of BS in Pharmacy from a college of Pharmacy
2 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred, but not required
Licensure by Louisiana Board of Pharmacy in good standing
