We have some opportunities available with Atrium Health for a Pharmacy Technician - Medical Reconciliation. Atrium is excited to be expanding medication reconciliation services to become 24/7 across the Charlotte Metro Region. We are hiring several new pharmacy techs to join our team to make that expansion possible. We offer med rec services for patients being admitted through the emergency department, those that come in for surgical services through pre-op, and those who are directly admitted to patient rooms. Our med rec services will include face to face patient interviewing, focusing on the patients’ current medication list, as well as virtual interviewing utilizing the Vidyo software system to provide services to locations that do not currently have 24/7 face to face med rec services. This will allow techs to be able to interview patients from facilities outside of the location the patient may be admitted to.
