These 12-month residencies are offered in conjunction with Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ is a 700-bed comprehensive urban academic medical center and level I trauma center for Central New Jersey. It serves as the primary teaching facility for the Rutgers University School of Pharmacy and Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The primary goal of the program is to offer advanced training in hospital-based drug information practice through related clinical and scholarly activities. Residents will participate in the operation of the Drug Information Service as well as the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Opportunities for teaching, research, medical writing, and administrative involvement are available.
