Primary responsibilities will include:
Data collection/analysis from various pharmacy operations and EMR related sources
Process analysis and improvement initiatives
Collaboration with pharmacy management and interdisciplinary teams on projects and initiatives
Advancement of automation related processes
Automation implementation and troubleshooting
EMR (Epic) optimization projects
Ongoing tasks related to pharmacy processes/billing etc.
Work with 340b team on related projects/initiatives
Work with the Informatics Pharmacy Supervisor in defining and addressing clinical informatics issues.
This position will also have a small staffing component to help ensure understanding of current processes, identify issues/inefficiencies, and most importantly to participate in the direct care of our patients.
Licensed pharmacist in the state of North Dakota
Completion of a PGY2 Informatics Residency or equivalent training/experience
