Clinical Pharmacist – Psychiatry
A current California registered pharmacist license by start of position
A qualified candidate will be a Graduate of PGY2 in psychiatry specialty or
Completion of a general PGY1 residency with a board certification in psychiatry or
Completion of a general PGY1 residency plus a minimum of 1-year experience in adult psychiatry (must work in direct patient care at least 1500 hours)
Comprehensive knowledge of current pharmacological/biopharmaceutical principles, medical terminology, pathologies, disease states, and related information for a medical management plan
Knowledge of emergency medications, drug monitoring, and drug usage evaluation
Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates are highly desirable.
