Critical Care and Emergency Department: We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in critical care and/or emergency medicine. The pharmacist will work collaboratively with our team to provide rotating coverage to our ICUs and ED.
Oncology: We are looking for an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Clinical Pharmacist on a per diem basis
Job Summary for Clinical Pharmacists: Initiates and ensures the quality of pharmacy drug distribution services in all patient care areas. Assumes direct responsibility of direct medication distribution, IV admixtures, safety and efficacy of prescribed drug therapy in accordance with laws and regulations governing pharmacists and the practice of pharmacy by the appropriate state and federal agencies.
Bachelor's degree required in Pharmacy. Doctoral degree preferred in Pharmacy
License required: Pharmacist
0-1 years related work experience required.
Licensed Registered Pharmacist in Massachusetts (or immediate eligibility) required.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Direct patient care experience in hospital pharmacy, preferably in an academic medical center setting.
ASHP accredited residency is a plus.
