This is a multi-site corporate based clinical position supporting the pediatric and NICU population in Banner Health. This position will serve as an educational liaison and informal leader between front-line clinicians, informatics, and pharmacy facility operational leaders to ensure optimal clinical care and efficient workflow processes across the enterprise. The ideal candidate must have a strong clinical pediatric and NICU background in addition to health-system pharmacy. Strong communication skills are essential.

A Doctorate in Pharmacy degree or another advanced degree in pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Requires (or within 90 days of hire) pharmacist licensure in the Arizona.
Completion of a PGY2 residency or PGY1 residency plus a minimum of 3 years of health-system experience. Board Certification in appropriate area of specialty.
Without residency training a minimum of 5 years of health-system progressive clinical pharmacy experience (evaluating disease state & medication management in Peds/NICU). Must possess good organizational, problem solving and computer skills. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with all levels of staff, physicians, patients and other contacts. Must be able to use reference tools to evaluate patient care and answer questions posed by customers. Contributions to the profession and organization (including leadership skills) are expected.
Preferred qualifications: Expert-level working knowledge of principles, practices, and operations in Pediatrics/NICU. Recognized by peers as a role-model for specialty practice (e.g. practice achievement award, Residency preceptor award, Fellow of national professional organization, among others
