Works as both chemotherapy preparation pharmacist and Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner (CPP) in the medical oncology clinic. Time will be divided evenly between the two job functions with the chemotherapy preparation in the morning and CPP duties in the afternoon.
Completion of accredited PharmD program, licensed by the NCBOP in good standing, and completion of BCOP certification required. CPP accreditation required within 1 year of job acceptance. Completion of PGY1 residency program preferred.
