Lead Pharmacist (PIC - Mental Health/Rehab): Pharmacist –in-charge for West Campus Pharmacy Operations (76 bed Rehab/Transitional Care and 45 bed Mental Health facility). Licensed pharmacy is physically located in the Rehab Hospital on the West Campus. Pharmacists performs all principal duties including pharmacy operations compliance, coordination of drug distribution and clinical pharmacy services at the facility. Includes oversight of one pharmacy technician who assists with pharmacy operations. Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:30

The Inpatient Pharmacy operates 24/7 pharmacy services. A full array of technology is available to assist with distribution of medications to our patients including automated inventory management, automated dispensing cabinets, bar code technology, aut...omated TPN and workflow management systems.
Clinical Inpatient Pharmacy services utilize an integrated decentralized staffing model. Pharmacists practice on nursing units participating in order verification, provision of drug information, and clinical services. Clinical services include pharmacokinetics, anticoagulation management, and automatic intravenous to oral switches, automatic renal dose adjustments and automatic therapeutic interchanges. Specialty pharmacy services include Anemia Management, Anticoagulation, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Infectious Disease, Oncology, Pain Management, and Pediatrics.
