Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of medication safety, quality and performance Improvement programs (PI) and the entity level. Actively participates in the BHSF Medication Safety and Quality Committee and corresponding initiatives.
BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
Florida Board of Pharmacy License (or eligible)
Residency training highly desirable.
Experience and/or formalize training in medication safety and quality/performance improvement highly desirable.

The Clinical Pharmacy Enterprise at Baptist Health is a forward thinking organization with a leadership team that fosters an environment where unique professional growth opportunities for Pharmacists are a priority. Our Corporate Residency Director oversees our PGY-1 and PGY-2 pharmacy residency programs with 15 current residency positions and will expand into other specialty areas. We are known for having a high post-residency retention rate because of the support provided to the residents. Future plans are in place to offer non-traditional ASHP-accredited pharmacy residencies by 2021.
