The Department of Pharmaceutical Care at University of Iowa Healthcare (UIHC) is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Acute Care Operations. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will oversee pharmaceutical care operations involving and non-sterile product preparation for the adult acute care areas.  The majority of the bulk compounding for all of UIHC non-sterile product falls under this manager’s supervision as well. Responsibilities include evaluating and optimizing the medication delivery system, inventory control (including controlled substances) and compliance with USP 795.
