Position SummaryThis position oversees the daily activities of the medication management process and provides comprehensive pharmacy services to patients from neonate to young adulthood while performing the duties of a registered pharmacist as defined by the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. This position also ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation. This position reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Pharmacy Services for daily staffing and operations duties and annual evaluation. The position receives clinical supervision and direction from the Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services and is professionally accountable to the Chief of Pharmacy Services.
