As our new Director of Pharmacy, you will be responsible for the operation of both our inpatient and outpatient pharmacies. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial decisions including inventory control and budgeting, licensing criteria, implementation of changes in operations, and interacting with physicians and other departments related to quality of care and education. What we are really looking for is someone with both inpatient and outpatient pharmacies experience, has great communications skills and enjoys building high caliber teams. Education and Work Experience

1. Current state Registered Pharmacy License.
2. At least 5 years Hospital Pharmacy experience with at least 2 years administrative experience preferred.
3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy required.
4. Doctor of Pharmacy or Masters Degree in Pharmacy or related field preferred.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
6. Experience with hospital pharmacy computer systems, spreadsheets, word processing programs, and other databases required.
