Primary Responsibilities:
- Accountable for problem resolution of customer issues and to communicate resolution to appropriate parties
- Available, as scheduled, to perform outbound calls to doctors regarding renewal requests and member education
- Investigate issues and document steps taken to achieve resolution
- Handle and resolve escalated issues when appropriate
- Meet departmental standards for production and quality
- Meet departmental standards for schedule adherence
- Participate in training and self-development opportunities when appropriate
- Demonstrate a cooperative, positive attitude in the workplace
- Demonstrate a basic knowledge of managed healthcare and claims

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher education completed
- 2+ years of previous Call Center or Customer Service experience
- 6+ months of experience as a SME, Team Lead, Trainer or Supervisor
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills: Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, sum, insert bar graphs and use formulas), Microsoft Word (ability to create documents and complete mail merging), Microsoft Outlook (ability to manage email, calendar, and task lists), and Microsoft PowerPoint (ability to create presentations with images, words, charts / graphs and merging data from Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday from 8am - 9:00pm
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements.
