As a Senior Director, Pharmacy STARS for the National Personal Pharmacy Program within UHC Government Programs, you will lead a team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and clinical administrators in order to improve health quality outcomes (i.e. medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). In addition, you will lead efforts for operational, clinical, and logistical improvements. This is your opportunity to grow within a pharmacy team focused on clinical and business collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead operational, member-facing national team of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians supporting Part D STAR measures
- Provide leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff
- Owns an end to end process
- Identifies and resolves technical, operational, and organizational problems outside own team
- Product, service, or process decisions are most likely to impact entire functions and/or customer accounts (internal or external)
- Work on program implementation teams and contribute to business process design and systems set-up, trouble shooting, and updates
- Analyze data and prepare management summaries related to work stream results and performance management results
- Focus on continual employee engagement
- Perform other duties as required to support projects contributing to departmental goals

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD with Residency
- Registered Pharmacist with license in good standing in IL
- 5+ years of leadership experience guiding teams, initiatives, or products
- 5+ years of clinical program management and/or population health management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with precepting and/or training
- WebEx or other Virtual Training Platform experience
- Knowledge of STARS, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid management
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple areas of the company
