This position is for an Infusion Center based Pharmacist. This Pharmacist is responsible for improving therapeutic outcomes for the patients through safe, rational and cost-effective pharmaceutical care, education, and research. The Pharmacist collaborates with members of the health care team to provide accurate and timely pharmacy services.
