Responsibilities Essential Functions:This is a per diem pharmacist position.Responsibilities include both distributive and clinical functions. Distributive functions include but are not limited to computer order entry, medication checking, technician supervision, IV preparation.Clinical functions may include but are not limited to anticoagulation management, antibiotic stewardship initiatives, med rec, patient counseling, renal dosing, code participation, and critical care multidisciplinary rounding.
