Primary Responsibilities:

• Facility is open to staff only - minimal patient entry to site; CMC will work directly with staff to coordinate prescription needs of patients.
• CMC will be serving ACT team and community support teams
• CMC will assist with prior authorizations as needed
• CMC will coordinate will staff for refills; however, most patients see providers that are outside of Threshold's health network; CMC will have to be comfortable regularly contacting outside provider offices for lab results, refill requests, etc.
• An experienced technician will be needed with strong problem solving capabilities.
• CMC will help coordinate multiple med deliveries to the site everyday; most meds will be dispensed to patient case managers

Required Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent experience
• IL pharmacy tech license
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance.
