St. Joseph's/Candler is a community based, tertiary care health system comprised of a total of 714 beds. SJ/C is the only not for profit, faith based health care system in the region and is home to two of the oldest continuously operating hospitals in the nation. As such, both have been a part of the Savannah landscape and culture for a combined history of more than 350 years. Serving a 33 county area, the St. Joseph's/Candler Pharmacy Department, highly automated and comprised of approximately 100 staff members, provides extensive services in several areas, including within our Physician Network, which boasts 16 primary care medical groups with 29 medical providers. Our Ambulatory Care Pharmacy team is offering a full-time benefitted position working within a collaborative practice agreement and providing wellness and disease state patient care visits, while advancing pharmacy practice and precepting students and residents.
